By accessing or using Danzivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Danzivo is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Danzivo is a platform for discovering social dance events, connecting with practice partners, and finding teachers and studios. It is not a dating platform. All interactions should be respectful, dance-focused, and consensual.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on Danzivo, you grant us a licence to display that content in connection with operating the platform. You agree not to post misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
Teachers, studios, and organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and event details. Danzivo may review listings before publication and reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.
Professionals who register on Danzivo agree to provide accurate information about their qualifications, services, and pricing. They must comply with applicable laws and our Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
We reserve the right to investigate reports of misconduct, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement where necessary. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Danzivo provides a platform for connection and discovery. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content or the conduct of users at in-person events. You agree to use the platform at your own risk and to take reasonable precautions when meeting others.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Danzivo after changes constitutes acceptance.
